Asking about comparison mastering english between me and him. Can we say "Whose english is better?Me or him?"

    "Me or him" is wrong because "whose" refers to possession. "Mine" and "his" are possessive pronouns.

    And English is capitalized (as are all languages and nationalities).

    You could say "Who speaks English better? Me or him?" Then "me or him" would be appropriate.
