wishes vs. compliments vs. regards

Hi again,

Could you, please, tell me if the words in italics are interchangeable in the following phrase, Give her my compliments/best wishes/regards?

    "Best wishes" and "regards" are quite interchangeable.

    "Compliments" doesn't sound wrong, but it suggests some sort of praise or other nice words, rather than just a standard phrase people use to ask someone to pass on your greetings to someone else. In other words, you would probably only say this if you had something specific to compliment her on.
