With pleasure/My pleasure

< Previous | Next >
This question comes from a previous thread of mine: Not at all

---- I'm so glad to have got recovered so soon with your help. Thank you very much, Dr. Brown.
---- __________
A. My pleasure

B. With pleasure.

My question here is,
Could there be any difference between A and B on this occasion?

Many thanks in advance.

"My pleasure" is usually used as a response to a thank you or to some other phrase of gratitude such as the one you provided.

"With pleasure" is usually used to indicate one's willingness to comply with a request.

So, with the sentence you provided I would go with "my pleasure."
