In analogy to kahve şekersiz / Kahve şekerli,
How can I say with or without sauce? soslu / sossuz ? It is correct to say soslu / sossuz kebab ?

Thank you very much for your help

If that's a title on the menu, you can write/read: Soslu/Soslu kebap with a dash in between, in the sense that that restaurant serves both types.

But if you actually ask someone, then you say:
Kebap soslu mu olsun sossuz mu? (Should the kebab be with or without sauce)
Soslu kebap mı sossuz kebap mı?
(Kebab with sauce or kebab without sauce?)
Bu kebap soslu mu sossuz mu?
(Is this kebap with or without sauce)

The same thing goes with kahve: Kahveyi şekerli mi şekersiz mi içiyorsun? etc.

    Merhaba,
First you should say: şekerli kahve / şekersiz kahve (the place of adjectif before "kahve";))
Then, yes of course you can say soslu or sossuz,
    examples:
soslu makarna, soslu tavuk and soslu kebap (with "p")
sossuz salata and sossuz whatever you want :)
