Does "woo from" mean to "withdraw from"? Thanks:

"The roses on thy cheeks would woo
Forth envious blossoms from their sleeps,
And robins plume their breasts anew
To mock the crimson of thy lips"

"Spring", poem by Edith Wharton.

  • woo = charm, entice
forth = forward, out from somewhere

The somewhere is given by 'from': the roses woo blossoms out of their sleep.
