Hi,

Is there a word I can use to call someone who hates a lot of taste. I mean a word which has a negative meaning for that kind of person.

My sentence:

He is such a ___________. I can't imagine how hard it is to be his wife.

I have tried my best looking it up in my dictionary but I only got picky eater. Is there any other word that best suits my sentence above?

Thank you so much in advance.
:)

    Thanks, Thomas Tompion.

Does fusspot fit the following sentence?

He is such a fusspot. I can't imagine how hard it is to be his wife.

I want to express negative feeling about that person.

    Thank you, se16teddy and Thomas.

    I will use fussy eater.

He is such a fussy eater. I can't imagine how hard it is to be his wife.

What's the matter with picky eater? It fits well into your sentence, which is ordinary English although not colloquial, but neither is picky eater. If you said he has 'selective eating disorder', you'd have to explain it.
