I have made up the sentence below.

(1) A low student enrolment in the learning center has decreased work most tutors acquire.

My non-native English speaking friends revised to make the next two sentence.

(2) A low student enrolment in the learning center has decreased work most tutors can acquire.

(3) A low student enrolment in the learning center has decreased work allotted to most tutors.

Which sentence is OK? Please help me. Thank you very much for your help and time.

This is my choice among the three sentences you posted, bennyfriendly. I made a few minor changes in your sentence.

(The single L version of enrolment is the BE form, enrollment is AE. There are several of these differences : fulfil, perhaps instal and some others I don't recall right now:))
