Wouldn't you be jealous of guys hitting on me?

I think this implies "I think you would be jealous" most of the time.

Am I right to this this way?

    The speaker creates an imagined situation (a guy hitting on her), saying it could happen multiple times...and asks her boyfriend "you would be jealous when that happened, right?" Nothing is said about "most of the time". Just when the imagined situation happens.

    With just this one sentence, we don't know why she expects guys to hit on her. The why was probably stated before this sentence, and that is where the "how often" was implied.
