"All what's written on this section is a lie"

what's the right word to put in the sentence written above, "or" or "in"?

    Are you talking of the contents of the section, or something that's written about the section?

    Either could be correct, depending on what you want to say. The meaning would change with each of them.

    And it should be "that", not "what".

    "All twhat's written on this section is a lie."

    Unless you're talking about what's been written about that section, in which case it would be "on."
    Touché... although a Spanish-speaker would not have that confusion, since the Spanish word that carries that meaning could be translated as "on" or "over" but not as "in."

    I wrote it myself. Why is it not proper English? besides the mistake of "what's" to "that's'"
