wrong-headed

Bonjour à tous,

I'm translating this phrase into my own language. I have the French translation with me so I'm adding that too. But I wonder if "wrong-headed" in here means stubborn? or rather "nonsense"

"But still the question of a failed project—as it applies to the tiny unreal world of my fiction—is not entirely wrong-headed".

"Reste que la question de l'échec d'un projet - appliquée au petit monde irréel de ma fiction- n'est pas complètement obtuse."

Merci d'avance.
