Ya sen?

    In this context, it means "what about".

    There are diffierent situations in which it means different things.

    For example;

    Ya görürse : What if he sees.

    or

    -Hava çok sıcak. (The weather is very hot)
    -Ya, öyle. (Yeah, it is) or (If you say so, it is)

    (while ya means "yeah", yo (colloquial for yok) means "no")

    When used before a noun, "ya" is used to indicate contrast. E.g.

    Türküm. Ya siz?

    Ankara'da oturuyorum. Ya sen?
