    No the others do not work.

    However, C could be used for humorous effect. Said with a suitable tone of voice, it could be interpreted as "In fact, I order you to."

    "You may" does not work because "you may" is telling someone they have permission to do so.

    The first person speaking is not asking permission to wake the other person. If that were they case, they'd say "May I wake you" or "Can I wake you".
