yet in this context

Hello,

Is "yet" correctly used here?

In case you have not yet provided us with the details concerning the council value of SUMA paid in 2007.

    The 'yet' is fine, but the sentence is missing something; there should be some instruction associated with it. E.g. "In case you have not yet done X, this is a reminder that you should do so as soon as possible."
