Hello, all.

I have had this plaque that I got at a thrift store in my house for years. I know no Finnish, but I understand a couple words.

It says: Yks' se on joka talossa tömähtää ja se olen minä meillä

Based on what I understand, it says: [something] [something] is inside the house [something] [something] I am [something].

I've just always been curious about what it says. I tried Google Translate, but it just confused me more.

Thanks in advance.

    My quick & dirty translation:

There's just one who thumps in a house, and at our place, it's me!

The verb tömähtää means something along the lines "to make a heavy thumping sound" and it's used here to emphasize who's in charge, who has the authority.
