Sentences:
(1) You are all mistaken.
(2) You are all mistook.

Q:Please help me to understand what different about the sentences.

    'Mistook' is wrong. The verb 'mistake' goes like 'take': simple past 'I mistook', perfect 'I have mistaken'. The past participle is also used as an adjective: 'I am mistaken'.
