when i asking someone such question how should i ask?

sen kız mı ya da erkek mısın?

sen kız mısın ya da erkek mısın?

    sen kızsın ya da erkeksin?

    sen kız ya da erkeksin?

    which one is correct?

    None of the above.
We don't use ya da when asking if it's going to be X or Y. (Ya da is only used in the sense of either X or Y.)
    You can use yoksa:
Sen kız mısın yoksa erkek mi(sin)?

    Or you use nothing:
    Sen kız mısın, erkek mi(sin)?

Also, the personal pronoun is omissible: (Sen) kız mısın, erkek mi?

On the other hand, the use of "kız" may irritate some people, especially when referred to someone above her 20's or even an adolescent. Although this is a very rare phenomenon, a number of females actually prefer to be called "kadın", and not "kız", which connotes a somewhat sexist distinction between virgin and non-virgin.

Therefore, if you don't know the age or ideas of your addressee, the safest way of putting your question would be:
(Sen) kadın mısın, (yoksa) erkek mi(sin)?
(Siz) kadın mısınız, (yoksa) erkek mi(siniz)?
