Is this expression appropriate in such situation?

A person from another company calls me and asks for some information. I give him/her this information, he/she says "Thank you", and I reply "You are welcome".

    Yes. It is appropriate. Many people say: "You're [very] welcome."

    Does it sound ok? Any other common phrases?
