B: You can bet your life on it. I've got a friend who works at the ticket agency.

Have you said this or heard it used? Is it common?

    I've heard it, but not often. You'll more likely hear "you bet your (sweet) life" or "you can bet your bottom dollar" or (considered vulgar) "you bet your (sweet) ass."
