You know who you are

I am leaving France tomorrow and am trying to post a note online to say goodbye and thank you to the friends I've made here. In English it would be something like, "To everyone I've met here: thank you. You have made this a wonderful experience. You know who you are."

I'm having trouble with the "you know who you are." In English this phrase is a familiar and somewhat sentimental expression that you can use when you don't want to write specific names, or in this case when a message is directed to a general audience. Is there an equivalent in French? I feel like "vous savez qui vous êtes" wouldn't quite work here.

Merci d'avance!
