You that I have loved, I release you into heaven's grace.

I'm currently writing a Novel and I need to know how to say a couple sentences in Italian. My book is set in Italy both in the 15th century and the near future. I was wondering if someone could translate into Italian for me:
You that I have loved, I release you into heaven's grace.
May the light of your star burn bright into the night.
Farewell my love. My wife.

If you couldn't tell I'm gonna be the stereotypical girl and throw a couple loooove scenes in. But hey it'll be fun. So if anybody could help I would really appreciate it.
Thanx again

    Addio cuore mio, mia moglie.

I'm not Italian though, so you might want to wait for a native speaker to respond ;)

Merlino, complimenti! :) :) Permettimi due piccole segnalazioni. Ciao! Walnut

    Addio cuore mio, mia moglie*.

    * It could be 'moglie mia', slightly more correct, but not beautiful the same. ;)

    thx for the compliment :)

The corrections are actually two things I've made mistakes with in the past (che/chi and the gender of nouns ending in -e)... From now on I'll never forget the gender of luce (I hope ;))!

    Addio amore mio, moglie mia.

    hi and welcome to WR

You that I have loved and lost, I release you into heaven's grace.
May the light of your bright star outshine the unforgiving sun.
    Farewell my love. My wife.
Addio amor mio, Addio moglie mia
