    I am afraid not :( As far as I know anyway. You can say "You bring yourself down" which means you depress yourself. Or you can say "You wreck yourself", although it sounds a little odd...

    "burning the candle at both ends" (spef in regards to not getting enough sleep)

    to wreck down:cross: n'existe pas en aucun sens. To ruin yourself veut dire se ruiner (par le jeu ou des dépenses exagérées).
