A tinted-windows car stopped at the t-junction.
After I filling my car and went to the t-junction.
I thought the car was stopping beside, so I went beside the car.
Suddenly the car moved and crashed my car.

"Why are you drive beside me?" he asked.
"Your tinted-windows are so dark (totally black). How do I know there is no driver in or not?" I said.

Does it make sense?

Yes, you can refer to the tinted windows as "so dark." You don't need to hyphenate "tinted windows" in your sentence.
