zoom et cas concrets

Hi,
I have to translate a scientific report.
A section of this report is called "zoom et cas concrets". Actually the concept is first explained and then I give few examples.

    Yes in this case zoom means "gros plan".
    I agree with sholby but my big problem is to translate "concrets". Is it "real-life" or "concrete" and what is the difference?
